Ché OTC Essentials, LLC provides routine and as-needed maintenance for all vending machines we supply. Maintenance includes restocking, cleaning, minor repairs, and technical support. Major repairs or replacements due to misuse, vandalism, or extraordinary events may incur additional charges. Customers are encouraged to report any issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.

5. Refund Policy

If a vending machine transaction results in a malfunction (e.g., a product is not dispensed but payment is processed), customers may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of the incident with proof of purchase and transaction details. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may be issued as a credit, replacement product, or direct refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to machine malfunction.

6. Sales Tax

All prices displayed or quoted by Ché OTC Essentials, LLC are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise noted. Sales tax will be added to your total at checkout or invoicing in accordance with the tax laws of the state of North Carolina, including both state and local sales tax rates. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable taxes unless an exemption applies and proper documentation is provided. Sales tax rates may vary based on the location of the vending machine installation or the point of sale within North Carolina.
